Booking and Payment

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Check-in and Check-out

1. Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
2. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

1. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.
2. Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported and may result in additional charges.
3. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and local community members.

House Rules

1. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
2. Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
3. Parties or loud events are strictly prohibited.

Liability

Purva Homestay Mirik is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, including loss of personal belongings.
